Governor Mike Dunleavy has issued a Public Health Disaster Emergency Declaration effective Nov. 16, 2020 to replace his previous March 11, 2020 disaster declaration and Senate Bill 241 which expired Nov. 15, 2020.

“I want to thank Governor Dunleavy for taking this step to make sure we have the resources in place to continue our efforts to mitigate COVID-19 in Alaska,” said Adam Crum, commissioner of the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services.
