Good hygiene is extremely important
/in News /by conquercovidWash you hands: Every single day, keep washing those hands! Do it often and do it well. Wash your hands any time you touch things others might have touched. Take 20 seconds and wash thoroughly with soap and warm water. And remember: don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue you throw away after use or use the inside of your elbow if you don’t have a tissue handy.
Don’t touch your face: You’ve heard it a lot by now – don’t touch your face! You might find it harder than you think but keep trying. While we’re all still working to break that habit, don’t forget about those everyday items that touch our faces, such as our cell phones.
